This challenge shouldn't be as difficult as it's become. I suppose that's what I get for choosing more intense categories.
Silly me.
Oh well. I'm doing my best to push on. I had to return Dearie (the Juila Child biography) only a couple of years after Julia graduated college. And since I was moving away from the library from which I'd borrowed it, I decided to just pick up a different, smaller, biography which was more readily available to me. So I'm currently about a year and a half into the journals of Lewis and Clark's Western Expedition. They had some intense adventures. I suppose I shouldn't have expected less, they were adventuring through new territory. So I'm hoping to have that finished in another week or two so that I can pick the pace back up and get going on some of the other books in this challenge.
