something new

So very much has changed since I last updated this blog. In fact, so much has changed that I've contemplated just starting a whole new blog on a different platform without all of the old posts - a fresh start. But after contemplating that option for a while I realized that it wouldn't hurt to just turn a corner, or a page, and keep on updating this blog instead. I mean, you won't have to go updating your bookmarks (if anyone has this blog bookmarked)...

Instead of being a log of my adventures, I'm going back to making this more of a place to house my writing: mostly fiction, some non-fiction, some book reviews. My hope, as ever, is to update it more regularly...we'll see if that happens...
