29.5

Today I am Twenty-Nine and a Half.

It's true.

And that fact is neither daunting, scary, or bad.

It is a little surreal, I have to admit. I know to children, even to high school-ers, I'm strongly in the category of adult or "grown-up"; most of the time that feels far from the truth. But I have a feeling that's the way of adulthood.

I'm looking forward to 30, but I also wonder what else I could have done with the years leading up to 30.

Oh well, I didn't. I did the things that got me to who and where I am now, and for now that's working out pretty well.
