So, I know the last post was about something written by Shauna Niequist that has been fitting for my present moment, but how can I not share this?

The funny thing is that this was posted today, after what was a good, if hard, night at lifegroup, leaning into identity. Where we talked about the old things, names, stories, we believe for ourselves instead of grabbing hold of who and what God says we are. I did some rather messy crying while I shared (when isn't it messy, though?) because of the both good and bad things in my identity that don't fit this season; the things that have been how I see myself for years or decades that aren't a part of how God sees me.

At the moment I'm still processing the words, blessings, affirmation, I received last night, but I'll post more about this eventually. But I just wanted to share Shauna's blog post for now.
